Opel has officially unveiled the price list for the Astra Electric, the electrified variant of its mid-size hatchback, bringing a new dimension to sustainable driving. Available in both hatchback and station wagon versions, this electric powerhouse boasts a 156 hp engine with variable power and torque settings based on driving modes: Eco, Normal, and Sport. With a maximum speed of 170 km/h and a swift 0 to 100 km/h sprint in just 9.2 seconds, the Astra Electric promises a dynamic driving experience.
Power and Efficiency at Your Fingertips
In Eco mode, the Astra Electric delivers 108 HP and 220 Nm, optimizing energy efficiency for eco-conscious driving. Switching to Normal mode increases the power to 136 HP and torque to 250 Nm, striking a balance between efficiency and performance. Engaging Sport mode unleashes the full 156 HP and 270 Nm, offering an exhilarating driving experience. The electric hatchback and station wagon are equipped with a 54 kWh battery stored beneath the floor, providing an impressive range of 409 km and an average consumption of 14.9 kW/100 km.
Edition and Gs: Unveiling the Variants
The Astra Electric lineup comprises two versions: Edition and Gs, both delivering a host of standard features. Front and rear LED headlights, parking sensors, keyless entry, automatic climate control, and the Adas package with safety features like automatic emergency braking, fatigue detector, and cruise control are standard across both variants.
