Top 10 nature destinations in Europe, beauty

It is estimated that the small town of Zakopane, in southern Poland with a population of less than thirty thousand, hosts approximately two million tourists a year, mainly attracted by the ski resorts that make it the Polish winter capital, some museums on the traditions of the Tatras and Gubałówka, and a panoramic hill that is easily accessible by cable car. In addition, Zakopane is only two hours from Krakow and according to the study Booking.com worked out Statesman this is it the most popular nature destination in all of Europe. Skiing, but not only: rafting and excursions are the order of the day. As well as Karpacz – on the border with the Czech Republic – and Szklarska PorÄ™ba, are two other Polish locations that appear in the Top 5 of this special ranking of ten popular European destinations for nature lovers. Karpacz it is right next to Sněžka, the highest peak of the Giant Mountains, less than thirty kilometers away from Szklarska PorÄ™ba. Eastern Europe dominates this ranking: the Slovenian city is in third place Bleedan “uncontaminated green pearl” in the Alps characterized by its famous lake born from melting glaciers.

Slovenian poet France Prešeren defined Lake Bled as an image of paradise. Today, Bled is also known as a popular spa town. Its lake – about two km in diameter, thirty meters deep, with an island in the middle and a water temperature between 4° and 25°C – was, according to legend, a meeting place for fairies. There are two Romanian cities in the Top 10 European nature destinations: Brasovat the foot of the Romanian Carpathians, from which you can reach the Bucegi Mountains and their glaciers, e.g. Sinaia, which takes its name from Mount Sinai. Then they exist Innsbruckin Austrian Tyrol as Kufstein, then the capital of the Portuguese island of Madeira (Funchal where Cristiano Ronaldo was born on February 5, 1985 and where today you can find the Pestana CR7 hotel) a Chamonix-Mont-Blanc, in Haute Savoie, on the border with the Aosta Valley, with a ski resort. And we reach the last place in the ranking, i.e Garmisch-Partenkirchen, near the highest mountain in all of Germany (Zugspitze, less than three thousand meters). There is also skiing here and there is a lake (Eibsee), but we are in Upper Bavaria, about ten kilometers from the Austrian border. If you are looking for unpolluted nature, you will find it here.
